Complaints Policy

Complaints for the reporting of content that may be illegal or otherwise violates the Standards Complaints submitted will be reviewed by senior staff and resolved within seven (7) business days. One member of senior staff will review the complaint and make judgement based on the information and evidence available. If someone is unsatisfied with the decision made then they may appeal to have another senior member of staff review the information and evidence available. The outcome of any review will be on a case by case basis and dependent upon the type of complaint and or its severity.

If you recognize yourself in any of the videos and would like the video removed, please email [email protected] with the name/ title of the video, the date and the location of the recording so we can verify that you are in the video. We will review your request within 48 hours and if we do believe you are on the video we ill remove the video from the website within 48 hours. All complaints will be immediately submitted to the management and the management will decide on the removal of the video. If you do not agree with the decision, we will be happy to review it again. If the reconsideration shows that you are not on the video and you do not agree with the decision, please contact the Online Dispute Resolution of the European Commission: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main.
